Best Smartwatches With Vibration Alarm
1. Fitbit Versa 3
The first smartwatch with a vibrating alarm feature on my list is Fitbit Versa 3. Fitbit is known for its fitness tracking features but it is not only restricted to that. You also get features like sleep monitoring on the watch which tracks your REM, Light, & Deep sleep.
This cheap vibrating alarm watch also has built-in GPS which allowed me to track my outdoor run without my phone. You can also sync notifications from your phone to the watch & it definitely comes in handy when I was not close to my phone.
Likewise, this is the strongest vibrating smartwatch which wakes me up every day at 6 o’clock. The vibration function also alerted me about incoming calls & text notifications discreetly. I tested the watch’s built-in speaker & microphone & found its performance decent. You can check my Fitbit Versa 3 call test video below.
Moreover, this watch comes with Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant which you can use to set alarms, and reminders, & other simple tasks.
Moving on to health tracking, the watch keeps track of your heart health so you can live a healthier lifestyle. Similarly, using stress, activity, sleep tracking, & other data the watch also gives out a readiness score. This is a pretty useful feature that can help you lead a better life. I will recommend watching my Fitbit Versa 3 review to know more about all the features of the watch.
So if you are looking for the best vibrating alarm watch that can wake you up without disturbing your spouse or roommates then Fitbit Versa 3 is the smartwatch to consider.
2. Amazfit T-Rex 2
The next smartwatch on the list is Amazfit T-Rex 2 which is perfect for users who do adventure sports. It has a military-grade build quality which ensures that this watch can survive extreme conditions.
Amazfit T-Rex 2 is rated to be water resistant up to 100m underwater so I didn’t have to think twice before jumping into the water. It is also a salt water-resistant watch so you can wear the watch in the ocean as well.
Besides good build quality, the watch also has good vibration haptics. Whenever I set reminders on the Zepp app or alarm, I got feedback on the watch through vibration. It offers one of the strongest vibrating feedback available on smartwatches.
I found this smartwatch with vibrating alarm to be useful while sleeping as it was strong enough for waking me up.
Besides a strong vibrating alarm feature, it is a great watch for sports & fitness tracking. Amazfit T-Rex 2 comes with 150+ sports profiles & has all the profiles anyone can ask for. I did a deep in-depth analysis of the sports tracking profiles on Amazfit T-Rex 2 & found it to be doing a pretty good job of tracking. You can check my analysis video below.
This watch does have a year-old Amazfit Bio tracker 3.0 sensor. However, it still holds up & delivers a decent performance. Thankfully, Amazfit rolled out an OTA update enabling Bluetooth chest straps. Using it, you can track your heart rate more accurately on the smartwatch.
Furthermore, the watch supports 5 global navigation satellites that ensured good outdoor sports tracking accuracy. You can also import maps of your favorite hike, trail, or track on the watch. The best part is despite so many features the watch only costs around $190. You can watch my full review of this smartwatch with a vibrating alarm if you are still having second thoughts.
3. Xiaomi Mi Band 7
The third watch that I recommend is a fitness tracker with a vibrating alarm feature. I mean not everyone prefers smartwatches because they tend to require a battery charge every now & then. There are various benefits of using a smartwatch but I don’t think everyone likes them.
For instance, this fitness tracker from Xiaomi will easily last you 10-11 days on a single charge. And, you won’t have to compromise on the features as well as you can track heart rate, stress, steps, sleep, & blood oxygen. During my usage, I found the accuracy to be pretty good.
This fitness tracker with vibrating alarm doesn’t have a built-in speaker that you can use for alarms. However, it does have a silent alarm function that wakes you up without any noise. The vibration motor on the Mi band is decent enough to wake me in the morning.
I also liked the fact that this fitness tracker only weighs 13.5 grams making it comfortable to wear. I wore Xiaomi Mi Band 7 throughout the day & night without getting uncomfortable.
However, what makes this the best fitness tracker with vibrating alarm for me is that the fact you can also create custom vibration patterns for notification alerts.
Besides the vibration motor, the fitness tracker also packs a serious punch in the specs department with a 1.62-inch AMOLED display. I found it to be pretty decent to use & read almost all the time.
4. Samsung Galaxy Watch 5
If you are looking for a vibrating alarm smartwatch for heavy sleepers then Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is for you. Its combination of built-in haptic motor & speaker makes it one of the best vibrating alarm watch for heavy sleepers. You can select different vibration patterns as well as set an alarm sound on the watch. It will ensure that you are able to wake up from your slumber.
However, that’s not the only reason for recommending this smartwatch with a vibrating alarm. The first reason I recommend this smartwatch is that it comes with Wear OS by Google. This gives the watch access to Play Store so you can install third-party apps like clock, Smart alarm, Sleep as Android, Sleep cycle, & various other apps. I personally was quite happy with the stock alarm app.
The only app I installed from Play Store was YouTube music to carry my music on the watch. However, you would need to have a YouTube premium subscription. You can watch my video below to know how to set up & use YouTube Music or offline music on the Play Store.
Besides that, the watch also does a decent job of tracking sports, health vitals, & lifestyle tracking. However, sleep tracking is subpar compared to other smartwatches on the list. Samsung can definitely improve sleep tracking with the upcoming generation. You can watch my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 review below to know more about the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5.
All in all, this Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is a great smartwatch with a vibrating alarm feature. The only downside of the smartwatch is that only supports Android devices.
5. Apple Watch SE 2
The next smartwatch with a vibrating alarm feature is Apple Watch SE 2. The main USP of the watch is that it offers most of the Apple Watch’s features at a reasonable price. If you can afford then obviously I would recommend the Apple Watch Series 8. However, this vibrating smart watch is a better option at a reasonable price.
Moving on to specs, this watch comes with the latest S8 dual-core processor available on Apple Watch Series 8. It also has an LTPO OLED display which is capable of doing peak 1000nits of brightness. However, it doesn’t have always on display which is available on other non-SE Apple Watch variants.
Besides that, it has the latest Apple Watch OS which gives you access to the App Store. You can install various apps & games from there on to the watch. Apple Watch also comes with a speaker & microphone which allowed me to take calls on the watch.
Similarly, this watch also has the same third-generation heart rate sensor found on the Apple Watch Series 8. So it delivers similar accuracy as the latest Apple Watch Series 8.
Apple Watch SE 2 does miss out on some advanced features like ECG & Blood Oxygen tracking. One feature that makes it the best smartwatch with strong vibration alarm watch is the fall detection feature. If the watch detects I have fallen then it calls the emergency services automatically. This makes the watch a complete package so whether you want health tracking, sports tracking, notification sync, or a strong vibration alarm, it has it all.
6. Withings Steel HR Hybrid Smartwatch
Next on my list is an affordable hybrid smartwatch that looks like a classic analog watch but has smart functions. This vibration alarm watch bridges the gap between the classic timepiece & modern smartwatches. So you won’t have to compromise in terms of looks or features.
The watch has smart features such as notification sync, heart rate tracking, sleep monitoring, and more. The watch has an analog dial that shows the time while there is a small round digital display to show readings and notifications. You also get a mild vibration alarm on this watch which is good enough to wake you up from afternoon naps and light sleep.
Also in terms of the battery department, this watch does better than regular smartwatches as it can last up to 25 days on a single charge. Moreover, it has a water resistance rating of up to 50 meters so it is capable of swimming in the pool. Overall, if you want to get an analog watch with a vibration alarm function that also has smart features then this watch is for you.
Best Vibrating Alarm Watches
7. Casio Men’s G-Shock GD350 Sport Watch
The next watch on my list is a G-Shock which comes with a vibration alarm feature that helps me wake up without disturbing anyone else around. Also, the snooze feature on the watch made sure I woke up no matter what as it goes off every 5 minutes until I got up and reset my alarm.
However, the vibration it creates is not very strong and is only suitable for light to normal sleepers, if you are a very heavy sleeper then this watch is not for you. Nonetheless, it is still suitable for most people out there who wake up without much effort.
Besides that, this watch is also good for people with weak eyesight and hearing impairment as along with vibrating alarm the watch also has a big and bright display that is fairly easy to read. The digits on the watch are big and bold which are easy to read for an older person without having to look out for their glasses.
Moreover, the watch has a countdown timer that you can start with just a press of a button. On most digital watches when you start the countdown timer you cannot see the time but that’s not the case here as you can see the timer and time at the same time on its screen.
And since it’s a G-Shock I don’t think you need to know about its durability because it is obviously going to be great. Overall, if you looking for a vibration alarm watch for an elderly or deaf person without spending hundreds of dollars then this is it.
8. eSeasongear VB80
Some people just don’t like sleeping with a bulky watch on their hands, for them I have this slim watch in the form of a band that is sleek and comfortable to wear all night long. The watch is basically used as a medication reminder for patients, but it can also be used to wake you up from sleep as it comes with 8 vibrating alarms daily.
The first alarm is the strongest which vibrates for 40 seconds, while the rest 7 alarm goes off in 20 seconds. It is sufficient for most sleepers out there but if you are a very heavy sleeper then you may not wake up to these alarms.
Besides that, the watch has a bright display that makes reading time easier on it be it in the day or night. Also, the watch is available in multiple color options so you can pick one that suits you the most.
All in all, if you are a light sleeper and looking for a slim watch to sleep with that can wake you up the next morning without disturbing anyone then this watch is for you.
9. TICCI Unisex Vibration Alarm Wrist Watch
The next watch on my list is a unisex watch from a brand called TICCI. It has a large digital display with big digits that makes it easier for me to read the time at a quick glance. Moreover, it has a backlight function that glows in the dark so I was able to read the time at night.
The watch has 8 alarms that you can customize as per your requirements. You can either set all the alarms to vibrate and beep at the same time or you can customize them just to beep or vibrate. This watch has a good vibration neither too strong nor too mild and can wake you up from sleep if you are not a very heavy sleeper.
Besides that, you can also use the alarm for setting reminders for taking medicines, or other important tasks. Overall, with its big display and multiple vibrating alarms, it is a decent vibration alarm watch for the hearing impaired as it makes life easier for them.
10. Timex Expedition Shock XL Watch
Timex Expedition watch is an outdoor watch meant for people who love adventures. It is rugged and waterproof up to 200 meters making it nearly invincible. Also, it has a 100-hour chronograph timer with a 24-hour countdown timer which also makes it a great watch for sports and training purposes.
But what makes this watch land on this list is its 3 vibrating and audible daily alarm. The vibration on the watch is strong enough to wake you even if you have fallen into a deep slumber. However, the vibration only lasts up to 10 seconds so it may be not enough to wake up a sleeping giant. But most of the time it can wake you up even if you are a heavy sleeper.
It’s a big watch with a large display that makes reading time on it very easy but that also makes it tough to wear every night during sleep. Nonetheless, it is still a great outdoor watch with an effective vibration alarm feature and you can definitely have a look at it.
11. Casio Men’s Super Illuminator Watch
Next up, I have a really affordable and durable vibrating alarm watch for you from Casio. It is rugged and waterproof so you can also go swimming with it. Moreover, the watch has a large dial with an illuminated display which makes it easy to read at night. The display is perfect for an older person or someone with weak eyesight as it is very bright and you can read it without glasses.
You also get a vibrating alarm function on this watch which can be used for waking up early or to set alerts or reminders. However, the watch is lightweight and therefore you may not feel strong vibrations on your wrist but it can still wake you up from sleep most of the time. According to customer reviews on Amazon, the vibration alarm works for most people but some also say that it’s weak and not enough for them.
Nonetheless, you are still getting a good cheap vibration alarm watch from a brand like CASIO so you shouldn’t think much if you are on a tight budget.
Final Verdict
Buying a watch with a vibrating alarm is a great initiative towards waking up early in the morning without disturbing anyone else. Moreover, you can use these watches to remind you to take medicine or to complete some other important task on time. Also, if you are a heavy sleeper then these watches can help you wake up before it’s too late with constant buzzing on your wrist. You can either pick a watch or a smartwatch with a vibration alarm feature from this list as per your requirement and budget.
