- If you’re cancelling your membership after 30 days of buying your plan then you will become ineligible for the refund.

Based on the date that you want to cancel your membership, the procedures are going to vary. Have a look for yourself, and feel free to implement these steps.
Within 30 Days Of Purchase
If you want a refund on your device then you have to cancel your Whoop subscription within 30 days from the day you get your receipt. In addition, you will have to return your tracker to them or a Whoop-authorized reseller at your own cost.
Please note that if you purchased Whoop from the latter then your purchase will be subject to the Authorized Reseller’s return policy, and Whoop will not be responsible for the refund.

Month-to-month membership with a commitment of 12 months
If you pay on a monthly basis then you have either of the two options.
First, you can pay the whole amount for the rest of the commitment period, and cancel immediately.
Second, you can schedule the cancellation at the end of the commitment, and pay monthly for the remaining months.
Month-to-month membership without a commitment of 12 months
In this case, you will be lucky on the financial front, as you can cancel your Whoop membership before the next billing month, and you won’t have to pay anything thereafter.
Also, you can keep using your Whoop till the date your membership ends. After that, you won’t be able to use the tracker.

- You have not paused it in the past 12 months.
