A deployment or deployant clasp is the most common type of watch clasp that is found on watches with bracelets and even in some watches that has leather straps. It unfolds into three parts and is very easy to tie up and open too. This kind of watch clasp generally comes with a double lock system.

Steps to wear a deployment clasp

Step 1: Bring both the locks closer in such a way that the middle fold joint comes under the bigger lock.

Step 2: Once they are closer, push the bigger lock first to lock it.

Step 3: Push the smaller lock over the bigger lock to lock it.

Step 1: There must be some space under the smaller lock that acts as a hook, place your fingertip under the hook and pull it to unlock it.

Step 4: Once the pin is inserted, take the strap and push it through the loops.

6) Velcro

This kind of watch clasp is rarely found on watches these days. It is one of the easiest to wear and open.

Step 3: Once it is through the buckle, pull the strap according to your wrist size and push it on the velcro on the same strap.

Which Watch Clasp Is The Easiest To Open?

Every watch strap is very easy to open once you get a hang of it. However, push-button and butterfly/hidden clasps are easier to open in watches that come with bracelets. And a Pin/tang buckle clasp is easier to open in watches that come with leather, silicone, or nylon straps.
